What fee-for-service means for your bill
We’re not in-network with any dental insurance company. Network agreements come with rules about fees, materials, and how often you can be seen. We would rather build the plan around your diagnosis.

Using out-of-network benefits at Kirby Dentistry
Being out-of-network does not mean your insurance sits idle here. We accept most plans that pay out-of-network providers, and many PPO plans do exactly that.

CareCredit for treatment you would rather spread out
For anything your benefits do not reach, CareCredit lets you break the cost into pieces. Applying takes a few minutes, and you get a decision right away.
- No-interest financing for six months
- A low minimum monthly payment over a longer stretch
We also take cash, checks, and credit cards.
What a first visit costs
New patients without dental insurance pay $150 for a comprehensive exam, digital x-rays, and a professional cleaning. The rate applies to cash-paying patients as well.
That visit also starts our whitening program at no extra charge. You go home with a complimentary custom whitening kit, and at every six-month cleaning after that, we refill your gel.

Do you take my insurance?

Will I pay more at an out-of-network office?

The plan is built for patients who do not carry dental insurance. If you have coverage, our team will file your claims instead and go over your remaining payment options with you.
When do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of your visit. If a treatment plan is larger than you want to handle at once, tell us, and we’ll look at CareCredit or at spreading the work out over time.
What is included in the warranty?
Work Dr. Kirby performs is covered for as long as you keep your routine six-month cleanings and exams with us. If a repair is needed in that window, we take care of it at no charge.
